    We visited your restaurant on Friday night. We normally have a great time there and enjoy your service, but the server, Lisa, we had this past Friday did not have a clue what she was doing. She could barely understand or speak English, she could not answer any of the questions we had about the menu, and when we asked for refills on our drinks, she never delivered them. We are sorry for the negative feedback, but this was a very disappointing experience, and we don't plan on returning for a long time.

    We had a business lunch for 11 people there yesterday and were very happy with the food and service. We are a business located downtown and have been ordering delivery from them on the occasional Saturdays that we've had to work and decided to try eating at the restaurant. Working downtown we've seen this space home several restaurants in recent years; it's a beautiful interior and it's good to see that Shangri-La didn't do much to change that except for the VERY welcome addition to a rest room on the same level (instead of having to go down to the basement level for the restrooms) Our group order everything from typical lunch combo specials to various sushi dishes and cocktails. Prices were very reasonable as well and staff very friendly and helpful.
